Circle -> OK -> Exit Sketch
Features -> Extruded Boss/Base ->10mm ->OK
Insert -> Features -> Dome
Mark Face<1> -> 90mm ->OK
Again with Face<2> and wih Eliptical dome on, 1600mm
Right click -> Appearance -> Color ->Yellow
Right click -> Appearance -> Color ->Red
